The City of Rancho Cordova has selected two of Sheri Kindsvater’s fused glass artworks for display at their celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Summer of Love.

The Summer of Love happened in 1967 when more than 100,000 descended upon San Francisco to listen to music by The Who, Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix and others.

Sheri’s pieces, Butterflies and Buttercups and Groovy help celebrate this iconic time in American culture.
